Everything up to this point was preparation. Audition day is just about not getting in your own way.
Savannah's Intro Video Goes Here
I've seen it happen over and over โ girls let their mindset, their words, their anxiety sabotage an opportunity they'd already earned.
It cannot happen to you. Not after everything it took to get here. This module is everything that's helped me actually protect my headspace on the day it matters most.
In order, from the night before to the moment you walk in. Rose is ritual, gold is fuel.
The Night Before
Pack your bag completely
Everything laid out and ready โ outfit, shoes, snacks, paperwork. Give tomorrow-you nothing to scramble for.
The Night Before
Get a full 8 hours
It's hard with nerves โ if you have to, take a melatonin. Your body needs the rest more than you need the extra hour of worrying.
Morning
A full, real breakfast
Protein and fat for steady energy, carbs for what you'll need later โ eggs, toast, Greek yogurt, berries. You won't want to eat. Eat anyway. It's not optional.
Morning
A 15โ30 minute walk, no electronics
No music, no phone โ just you and your thoughts. Let yourself actually calm down instead of scrolling through the nerves.
Mid-Morning
A light, steady snack
An apple or banana with string cheese or almonds โ keeps your energy level, nothing heavy.
Several Hours Before
Your main fuel-up meal
Grilled chicken or steak, rice or potatoes, a light side. Keep it clean and simple โ this is the meal that matters most today.
30โ60 Minutes Before
A quick-energy snack
A rice cake with honey, banana with a little peanut butter, or toast with jam. Fast carbs for immediate energy, nothing that leaves you feeling full.
All Day
Water. Non-negotiable.
Start early, sip steadily, add a pinch of electrolytes if you can. Don't chug it right before you go on.
Get Ready
Give yourself time โ don't rush
Get ready slowly and deliberately. Feeling rushed is its own kind of stress you don't need on top of everything else today.
Right Before
Pray, or manifest
If you're religious, pray. If you're not, manifest it โ speak to what you want out loud or in your head. Either way, put your intention somewhere bigger than your nerves.
Avoid On Audition Day
You just need to release what's already there. That shift alone changes how you perform.
Watch the circle. Breathe in as it grows, hold at the top, breathe out as it shrinks. Do this for one full minute before you walk in.
Tap each one. What you keep saying to yourself is what you start to believe.
You keep saying
"I can't do this."
Flip it to
"I've prepared for this."
You keep saying
"I'm going to mess this up."
Flip it to
"If I mess up, I know how to recover."
You keep saying
"Everyone here is better than me."
Flip it to
"I belong in this room as much as anyone."
You keep saying
"I'm so nervous, I can't think."
Flip it to
"This nervous energy means I'm ready."
Say These To Yourself
I have done the work.
This is close to what my own mom sent me before one of my biggest audition days. Open it when you need it.

Good morning. I hope you got some rest.
You're close now โ closer than you've ever been. Let's lock it in. Go out and give it everything you have for the next stretch of time in front of you. You've come this far, and it's down to the wire. I know you're tired. I know you're questioning yourself. And I know this next stretch is going to feel scary.
This is where I need you to get out of your head and into your heart โ that's where your life force actually lives.
This is what you've asked for. You have your family, your friends, and everyone who's ever believed in you, all sending you their energy right now. Remember who you are. Remember the people you come from. Your path is already yours, baby โ no matter what happens, you have done everything you possibly could to get to this point.
So many girls tried out for this. You made it to the final stretch. Don't forget that.
What a blessing it is to stand somewhere unsure of the outcome, knowing you already have the work ethic, the desire, and the commitment to get you anywhere you want to go in this life.
I believe in you. The people who love you believe in you. And at the end of the day, whatever happens, you get to hold your head high.
I love you.
Now let's lock it in. Let's go.
